Project meetings

Regular meetings between partners will allow continuous interactions and exchanges among groups, thus further strengthening collaborations and streamlining progress of the EDITSCD project.

Kick-off meeting
Involving all researchers participating to the project, the Kick-off meeting is the first meeting that launches the project.

Steering Committee meetings
The Steering Committee, constituted of the 8 main Partners and led by the Coordinator, will act as decision-making body and will follow-up all activities of the project and agree on all relevant decisions, such as meeting dates, adjustments in work plan when necessary, dissemination activities during Steering Committee meetings. The Steering Committe will be assisted by the Project manager and external advisors such as the External Scientific Advisor, a representative of ERN-EuroBloodNet and a patient organization contact representative selected by ERN-EuroBloodNet.

Scientific meetings
Quarterly videoconferences with all partners and researchers involved will be organized by the Coordinator to discuss around updated results.

Annual in-person meetings
We will also hold annual in-person project meetings with all the Partners and Collaborators.
